Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, should our apparel or product(s) fail to meet or exceed your expectation for any reason, we are here to help.
The following is an outline of our return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully and as always, feel free to contact us with any questions.
You have 30 calendar days to return item(s) from the date received. Items are eligible for return if:
Unused and in the same condition that it was received.
All original tags and labels are attached.
Item was not labeled or advertised as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
Has a completed return slip.
Free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Not damaged or broken.
Not swimwear or undergarments (excluding sports bras).
Defective apparel or products must be reported to inquiries@PhoenixFitApparel.com 48 hours upon receipt. If the defect is not reported within 48 hours, unfortunately, Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique will not be able to issue a credit, refund, return, or exchange.
Should you receive your order and it is incorrect, please contact us or send an email to inquiries@PhoenixFitApparel.com. If it is shown that Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique was responsible for processing the order incorrectly, we will cover any and all return shipping costs.
Please be sure to pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items should be returned in the original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, we can not accept returns on swimwear, or undergarments (excluding sports bras).
Should you receive your shipment and the item(s) are damaged. Please notify Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique at inquiries@PhoenixFitApparel.com. If it is determined that PhoenixFAB is liable for damages, you will need to print and fill out our Return Form, and submit it along with the damaged item(s). Once we receive the item, a refund or store credit will be issued and you can repurchase the item if desired. Please allow 24-48 hours for refund or store credit to be processed and issued. If it is determined that damage happened during shipping, you will need to file a claim with USPS.
When returning products and/or apparel, we strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package. Unfortunately, Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique can not be held liable for packages that get lost in transit. Once your package is received and processed, a refund or store credit will be issued in the amount of your item, in addition to the shipping cost (if applicable) up to $10.00 USD provided you include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost.
Again, it is strongly recommended that packages are shipped with a tracking number. Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. In addition, without proof of receipt and delivery, Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique can not issue refund or store credit. All return shipping charges need to be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries and they will be rejected.
Final Sale Items:
Undergarments (excluding sports bras, unless marked as final sale), swimwear, and any apparel or items advertised as “Final Sale” cannot be refunded, exchanged, returned or given store credit.
Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique can not ensure that you will be issued the same style and size desired by the time returned items come back. In the event that this should happen, we will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. You are free to use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.
Online store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once item(s) is received Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once it is received. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique does not credit original shipping charges.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original receipt. Any returns received after 30 days are considered stale returns. Store credit, refund, return, or exchanges are prohibited on all stale returns. Stale returns will be rejected and returned to the sender.
*Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. In addition, a restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
*Non-Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique items sent to our return department will be discarded upon receipt.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• Irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• Irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Should Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique encounter a customer history that is indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing, we will reach out to discuss the situation and work with the customer to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While it is never our desire to refuse our apparel or products to any customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique customers.
